This 4-piece melodic/experimental rock band won Pambansang Muziklaban in the year 2012. Each member of their band, as they say, has different influences and combining all of those together created a sea of ideas, which makes their sound as well as their performance different and unique.

DVSG is composed of 5 regular guys from Davao City. The band started playing in the year 2008 and finally got a big shot when they were dubbed as the Grand Champion in the 2011 Pambansang Muziklaban.

After the competition, they invested their winnings in equipment and in producing their first full length album, "Pinnacles of Life Aspire," released in 2013.

2010 - Light Of Luna

This 3-piece band, Light of Luna won the Pambansang Muziklaban in 2010. Their music is made up of a whole lot of meaningful and experiential substance that only the three of them could possibly muster up on and off the stage, within the constructs of contrasts between darkness and light, hence their name and music.

They bring to the present each of their influences of old like Tool, Muse, and God Is An Astronaut, just to name a few.

Ang kanilang pagkapanalo sa Pambansang Muziklaban ang nagbukas ng pinto para sa mas marami pang oportunidad para sa Gayuma. Noong taong 2008, the band released their debut album under Viva Records, followed by their 2nd album entitled “SILAW” that was released in 2012.
